The Role We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in our Subiaco office. The successful candidate needs to be highly motivated, friendly and well presented, with excellent computer skills and a high attention to detail. They will be efficient when performing their day to day responsibilities and be willing to assist the various divisions with ad hoc administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Management of incoming calls to the main line Management of all emails to the general admin inbox Collecting, opening and distributing of all mail Directing visitors to appropriate employee, room or office Book travel including, flights, car hire and accommodation, for all employees as per our travel policy Provide word-processing and secretarial support including binding and laminating Manage the board and meeting rooms including organising catering when required Maintaining tidiness of kitchen and other office areas General office maintenance including common areas Restocking printers and ordering stationery and office supplies Reconciliation of credit cards General administration duties as requested The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in construction or engineering) Excellent communication and organisational skills Excellent computer and software skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment We Offer: If you have experience in this area and are willing to contribute as part of a high performance team, this is a perfect role for you.
