Roles & Responsibilities ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for developing and maintaining of Quality Management System / Procedures / Inspection Instructions. Plan and conduct the internal and external audits. Work with the cross functional team to improve the process / product quality and achieve the company / departmental KPIs. Responsible for resolving quality issues related to incoming, in-process, outgoing and customer complaints. Liaise with suppliers to improve their manufacturing process, and to resolve material related quality issues and RMSs. Support for NPI and FAI, oversee the quality of new products from sample build to mass production by building a robust process. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Minimum diploma with 3 years of experience in quality management / manufacturing environment. Possess good knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 requirements. Experience in contract manufacturing of wire harness, PCBA and Box-build, handling of new products from sample build to mass production. Experience in control panel assembly will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of SPC, Gage R&R, FMEA and other quality tools Good problem solving skills, resourceful and independent.
