Description Our client is urgently recruiting for Marketing and Communications Manager, to join their organisation on a 3 month contract initially. This is a full time post, based in Hertfordshire. We are looking for a Marketing and Comms professional, who can hit the ground running to deliver a range of strategic projects, including the development of campaigns, enhancing brand and reputation, whilst delivering business objectives across organisation. You should be a seasoned pro in Marketing and Communications and be instrumental in creating a uniformed marketing strategy, which the organisation can ensure meets brand reputation and engagement. Key responsibilities: Provide marketing, brand and communications campaigns across various channels, to engage current and potential customers, promote the service and deliver on income growth plans. Work with senior stakeholders and clients to create effective marketing strategies, and implement successfully. Manage day to day operational delivery of campaign strategies. Reporting: Build monitoring, research, audience insights, risk management and evaluation into all external marketing and communication campaigns to ensure they achieve tangible results. Take ownership of the Marketing and Communication channels ensuring the deliver is appropriate to its audience Lead the development of marketing channels and events, including social media, online platforms, editorials and promotional materials. Skills and experience required: Must have recent, proven skills working in a large organisation in a Marketing/Communications Previous line management responsibility Ability to communicate with members and stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve business objectives Experience with investment activities and events for revenue Proven skills creating materials, content and publications Public sector marketing experience (highly desirable) Ability to hit the ground running We are keen to recruit immediately for the right candidate, who will be required to interview face to face if requested.
