Roles & Responsibilities The APAC SCM Manager will report to our APAC COO. This is a Singapore based role. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Demand Management, include but not limited to, demanding planning based on sales data, sync with sales to do sales analysis to keep reasonable storage, demand/supply adjustment and P/O placement; Set up global supply chain management processes, policies and vendor systems; Establish and execute business operating process (business workflow, such as contract, order, billing, payment, logistics, custom declaration) with connecting into company's related system, such as ERP/salesforce; Conduct to do Delivery and Inventory Management; Leading operation improvement, such as KPI management, operation improvement planning, team management; Leveraging internal, group company and partner resources; Co-working and synchronizing with internal resources from JP/HK/SG/AU/KR; Collaborating with sourcing vendor and their management Alignment of APAC strategy and requirements with our Japan HQ To provide guidance to the local teams on Japan HQ requirements and processes REQUIREMENTS: Proven project management skill; Experiences and knowledge of commercial trading/practice in Singapore (contract, order, billing, payment, logistic, custom declaration); Solid experiences and knowledge of supply chain management; Able to deal with all kinds of vendor, like warehouse, 3PL, forwarder, shipments and others; Good negotiation skill, familiar with custom declaration and in-bound business. Experience in multinational company or multi-cultural background is preferred. Experience in the robot industry or high-tech, IT industry is preferred. Fluent in business level Japanese is an advantage EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or above is must.
