Responsible in monitoring off-site and on-site projects from mobilization, requisition of materials, scheduling of manpower and reporting actual progress to immediate head Does Project Planning and make sure that project finishes based on set time line Directly coordinates with purchasing and logistics department to make sure that all materials needed are present on-site Does Startup check list prior project mobilization Reports updates to Client and make sure that all concerns regarding the project is addressed in most courteous manner and efficient way. Monitors and documents progress report every week Compiles all working plans and make sure that all these are present on site, does over all compilation of all documents needed after project is finished for documentation and records purposes. Does Manpower Supervision and scheduling of works Submits daily time records and biometrics data weekly and make sure that work paid equals to work progress. Qualifications: Must have at least One Year experience in handling projects. At least College level, HS graduate is accepted provided that the applicant has at least 2 or more years of experience in handling projects.
