1) Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials 2) To assist the PM / CM to liaise with the Consultants on the materials submission, appraisal, innovative solutions / proposal to ensure work progress and assist to foresee or raise issues prior to commencement of Architectural Work Trade 3) Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms 4) Collate all issues & problems arises in the installation, design & materials use in relation to the Architectural trade to avoid delays of actual installation 5) Coordinating, updating and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings for submission 6) To coordinate operational work schedules and implementation of the Architectural work trade on site with Structural & M&E Engineers & coordinators 7) Detail study of the Architectural drawings in relation to the Structural / M&E and the submitted sub-contractor shop drawings for discrepancy & submit RFI to consultants for amendment & approval prior to commencement of any Architectural trade work 8) Manage project and monitor daily site schedule and progress to ensure quality of workmanship and finishing 9) Produce detailed design shop drawings, section details, coordination drawings and as-built drawings 10) Work with the construction team to ensure drawings are produced on time 11) To prepare and ensure feasibility of Architectural shop drawings prior to submission for approval 12) Ensure all inspection / measure / test equipment used including suppliers and sub-contractors are properly calibrated 13) Supervise architectural works, and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards 14) Conduct inspections with Consultants, arrange for necessary inspections as and when required 15) Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms 16) Develop and review architectural drawings and shop drawings and involve in developing alternatives to improve quality and constructability 17) Review, update, coordinate and generate all architectural works, shop drawings as and when required 18) Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation 19) Prepare / coordinate on method statement, drawings, materials, samples, work progress and other relevant documents for M&E related works 20) Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural ID, Architectural and client provision 21) Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues, and advise Project Manager immediately 22) Assist in the deployment and storage of Architectural materials, plant and equipment at the site 23) Work closely with project team in design development and documentation of designs 24) Responsible for preparing detailed working 2D & 3D drawings, CAD documentation, scheduling and specification for tenders and projects 25) Analyzing architectural plans and drawings, highlighting any possible risks or problems and making amendments 26) Assure that drawings and designs are in accordance with company production and design standards 27) Responsible for ensuring that the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction 28) During construction site visits, they monitor progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines 29) Control of architectural contracts, construction, shop drawing and as-build drawings 30) Evaluate technical proposal submission of our subcontractors and vendors 31 Attend meeting with all relevant parties pertaining to progress, technical and quality assessment matters Education Qualification: Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Architectural/ Building/ Civil Engineering Experience / Skill Required Minimum 5 years experience preferably in Construction sector Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels Knowledgeable of the principles and practices involved in architectural design Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations Job Type: Full-time Experience: Architectural supervision: 5 years (Preferred) Benefits: Health insurance Performance bonus Other
