Job Summary Develop a thorough understanding of our existing product line and potential customer applications. Collaborate with Scientists, Research Agencies, Professors, corporate leaders to develop, execute and manage realistic objectives for the company Activities such as securing appointments and demos, preparing proposals and managing institutional, commissioning, installation, technical support Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc., to inform management of current status regarding activities MIS and CRM. CRM need to update on all your activities Manage the entire service and technical support cycle Negotiate customer contracts to minimize business risk and maximize long-term profitable growth objectives of sales and services. Prepare weekly/monthly action plans to ensure focused activity in CRM Support weekly Team Meetings to promote success and growth of sales and satisfy customer Keep abreast of product pricing and product knowledge along with changes in technology and competitive strengths and weaknesses. Represents at scientific trade shows, exhibitions, scientific conferences, workshops Adhere to all safety, travel, ethics and HR policies while maintaining a travel schedule throughout Develop an understanding of our product line and the services we provide. Use problem-solving and technical skills to commission, test, troubleshoot along with related equipment. Provide excellent customer experience while maintaining a safe work environment. Evaluate job site requirements and communicate with customers to through each phase of the process. Ensure that the highest quality of service is provided to promote superior customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety guidelines and requirements. Responsibilities and Duties Technical discussion with Professor/Scientists, understand their requirements, configure the system as per requirement for Spectroscopy, Cryogenic & magnetism Products. Self-motivated to find out new opportunities. Technical Support and Service support for all the existing system. We shall guide you on this. Pre-installation, Installation and after sales support for all the allotted instruments/product line. Required Experience and Qualifications B.Tech. (ME/EE/Instrumentation/ECE/EC/MS) and M.Sc./M.Tech. in Nanotechnology/Physics/Condensed Matter Physics/Metallurgical & Materials Science or any related field. Preference will be given to the candidates having knowledge of handing research and analytical instruments. Freshers can also apply.
