In this job you will be working for 1 month at the customer location in Hamburg (Germany), thereafter in the Sii Netherlands office (Haarlem) with regular meetings in Hamburg. What will you do in your new job: Development, analysis and validation of Airbus aircraft high-lift systems (flaps and their supporting structure). Preparation of reports for the design review phases (PDR, CDR). Reporting and analysis includes the Particular Risk Analysis (PRA) where failure effects on the high-lift system are assessed. Project duration is 6 months to 1 year. Software: Hypermesh / Hyperview; NASTRAN; ISAMI; Experience Over 5 years Skills For this job it is important that you are familiar with: High-Lift Systems; Particular Risk Analysis (PRA); HSB (Handbuch Struktur Berechnung); Proficient in establishing (hand) calculation methodologies for stress analysis; Composite material analysis experience; Good report writing skills (English); What you bring: HBO Degree in engineering (aviation and aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.); You bring lots of experience and relevant working experience, Aerospace related; Software knowledge of Hypermesh, Nastran and Isami. Experience with Femap and CAD programs are a plus; Design techniques, tools and geometric tolerance principles, materials, manufacturing processes etc.; Good communication skills; English language mandatory; Willing to work on differtent interesting projects.
