ROLE Under the supervision of the IT Manager of our Toronto office, the IT Intern will be responsible to provide level 1 user support in our Toronto office, install and maintain hardware equipment, deploy and debug softwares. The technologies used include Apple, Office 365, Active Directory, Adobe Creative Cloud, Slack, DropBox Business Okta, and many more. TASKS While being able to work in a customer-oriented environment and teamwork, the candidate must: Install, configure and troubleshoot Mac (90%) & PC (10%) environments Provide support level 1 to users and Associates in our Toronto office Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for processes / procedures associated with IT Knowledge of Active Directory Improve the processes related to the work of Service Desk, a proactive versus reactive mode Provide training, if necessary, to users Manage inventory, software deployment and IT requests Discuss with the IT Manager for higher level of support Manage priorities for IT requests. REQUIREMENTS Working towards or a completed college or university diploma in Computer Science and/or Information Technology Knowledge of Mac OS is mandatory Knowledge of Office 365, DropBox & Slack is an asset Able to work under pressure and manage priorities Demonstrates impeccable customer service Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
