Req ID: 15594 Publié le: 22 févr. 2020 Lieu: Campbellfield (AU01), Australia Département: AU-Security Inks Division (50007254) Fonction: Autres To strengthen our very dynamic team in Australia we are looking for a: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR ROLE: Ensuring plant production meets customer requirements in terms of deadlines, quantity, and quality Providing and coordinating technical support for products at customer site Ensuring positive relationships are maintained with all customer stakeholders Conducting quality control activities and managing related data Performing colour-matching to create new ink products Entering and maintaining product formulations in the SAP system Collecting and presenting data for the management system reporting purposes PROFILE: Good people management skills and a capacity to establish effective working relationships General computer / MS Office familiarity essential - experience with SAP software a plus Well-developed customer service skills and ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders Experience with logistics, scheduling, inventory management and procurement Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team Analytical and problem solving skills in an industrial technical context Ability to read/interpret safety data sheets Capacity to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines Discreet and ability to maintain confidentiality Experience in the following a plus: colorimetry, industrial chemistry, printing presses (offset/screen), inks/coatings Higher (tertiary) education in science, or experience in a technical field associated with the ink/coatings industry 5 years of experience in a similar position or in an industrial sector JOIN US !
