SIAD Group is experiencing high growth and we are now hiring for multiple roles across our business. We are looking for talented people to accelerate our development and sustain business strategies. As Sales Back office Coordinator you will be responsible to support Sales Force and working on commercial processes in close cooperation with Sales Management and all sales people. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Ensure correct and accurate implementation of the sales contracts for products and services in the ERP system; Coordinate and contribute directly to the digitization project within SIAD Romania (contract database and support the implementation of Corporate digitalization projects); Prepare sales reports and analysis about sales team performance; Coordinate the implementation of the CRM project, and reporting activities in the company's ERP systems Make the sales budget at the product line level and monitoring the achievement of KPI Control and reporting results related to sales bonus system; Act as referent person for ERP system in connection with SIAD Headquarter deparatments IT and Controlling; Ensure consistent communication between the sales department and other departments within the company Key success factors for candidates: Being a very well organized person Excellent communication and relationship skills Being flexible, dynamic and proactive Education background and required knowledge University studies preferably in Economics. Training courses in sales, marketing, communication & commercial correspondence Fluent in English PC operating knowledge (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook Express, PowerPoint); Excel - advanced level; ERP software experience - Navision, Sharepoint.
