We are looking for the newest wave of SHAPIAN’s to join our constructive culture as part of our 2019 Building Cadet Program. This program will allow you to fast track your learning by combining work, study and having fun along the way. The Opportunity A Building Cadet is a learning role that supports our project teams and assists them in providing a perfectly delivered customer experience across pre-construction, onsite and post-construction phases. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, apply your knowledge and develop new skills through a tailored learning plan. We will work with you to create a flexible working plan that allows you to continue studying while you work.
