Our adjusters will benefit from a structured, comprehensive training program delivered by a dedicated trainer and supported by designated coaches within each branch location. This Adjuster 3 - Claims Training role is your opportunity to help us achieve this goal. Responsible for supporting the learning and development needs of Saskatchewan Property Claims staff, you will facilitate learning through virtual training, on-the-job coaching, and hands-on experience, as well as lead the coordination and delivery of training to Claims staff across the province. Using adult learning principles and reviewing the results of quality assurance reporting, you will assist with the development of training and evaluation tools that support the objectives of the training strategy. You will also monitor the progress of training, providing feedback to trainees and advising branch coaches where additional support may be needed. The assessment process for short-listed candidates will include a take home assignment asking for the development of a lesson plan and best practices/approach in delivering training within the evolving Claims training model. Requirements Education & Experience: Completion of the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Associateship (AIIC) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada (10 courses) OR equivalents from the SGI Equivalency Program. Valid operator's licence in the appropriate driver classification. Satisfactory job performance.
