Roles & Responsibilities Community Psychology Hub (CPH) provides psychological and research services in collaboration with our partners in the social service and public sector, to care for persons with vulnerabilities alongside their families in the community. The Corporate Services of CPH develop and drive the full range of key HR and organisational activities. This includes talent attraction, talent performance and rewards, talent development, employer branding, culture building, employee engagement, internal communications, partnerships and financial operations. Key Responsibilities could include one or more of the following: Organising learning events to enhance the competencies of professionals in the social services sector Planning and implementing activities and/or platforms to promote employee welfare and engagement Creating content for the CPH website, as well as any other relevant external and internal communications channels to strengthen CPH’s branding Managing the billing and collection of payments from CPH’s partners for the services rendered Overseeing procurement related matters, budget monitoring and monthly/quarterly financial reporting to ensure accountability Providing general administrative support to Team CPH to ensure the smooth functioning of the hub Requirements The applicant should have: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Social Sciences (e.g., Psychology) Preferably at least 1 year of relevant work experience in either a Social Service Agency or in the public sector Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills. Experience in HR work, budgeting and finance will be an advantage A curious mind to learn and improve things, and an interest to understand and work with people from different backgrounds An attention to details, and an interest in writing Strong interpersonal and communication skills Join Us!
