About SDC

Your primary duties will include: Gardening (mowing trimming weeding watering blowing etc) General maintenance of building and facilities Performing manual handling, lifting and labour tasks Basic repairs (e.g. taps) Outside cleaning (scrubbing, mopping, wiping glass, cleaning 1 amenity.. Driving (driver licence required) Basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs (e.g. change light globes, replacing taps) Other specific projects when required Tidying warehouse if required The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to work, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Also: Have the ability to work autonomously Show confidence and maturity in communication Display appropriate safety awareness Trade background and qualifications are not essential. Previous experience in a similar position will be favorable.
