We need an experienced HR Specialist who can handle Recruitment and Employee Relations. Job Qualifications: *Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, Business Management or any related course. *1-4 years experience in Human Resources is required *Experience in general HR function is and advantage Job Description: *Handles the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing and on-boarding. * Knows how to develop recruitment plans and strategies *Has the ability to work with different levels in the organization *Handles employee events, engagement programs and training *Has knowledge with labor laws *Can conduct employee counseling and employee discipline *Has an excellent grasp to Labor Laws and Due process *Creates and facilitates issuance of disciplinary memos *Creates and facilitates company policy Job Type: Full-time Salary: Php20,000.00 to Php22,000.00 /month Experience: Human Resources: 4 years (Preferred)
