We are growing at the rate of knots and because of this we are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant (or content extraordinaire) to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your role will primarily focus on, but will not be limited to; direct marketing, lead generation, social media, and exceptional customer service. Direct Marketing and CRM You will be responsible for the development, execution and post analysis of targeted B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, with a view to increase sales enquiries to our business. Social Media You will also be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring our social media calendar across various social channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a view to drive inbound enquiries, increase click through rates, engagement and audience growth. Skills and experience: As a minimum you will have held 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a creative motivated personality and possess great attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills essential. Ideally, we are looking for someone that is a gun at email marketing campaigns, lead generation and has graphic design skills. Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, and intermediate excel skills will also be advantageous. This role, from time to time, can be varied across all aspects of marketing, and is very hands on.
