As a Creative Specialist, you’ll work as part of an inhouse creative team providing concepts, design and brand support to multiple offices with work ranging from print collateral to online advertising, video, animation, event graphics and more. Working closely with marketing specialists in social, web and communications, you’ll play a key role supporting local and national B2B and B2E campaigns. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Work in close collaboration with the Marketing & Creative Services Manager (and/or National Director of Marketing Communications and Brand) to develop creative solutions for internal communications and an external B2B audience Develop and execute all work from concept to completion in response to creative briefs and in accordance with the timelines, budget, feedback, and change requests provided Prepare final artwork files for a variety of print and online media formats, including: email, signage, posters, advertising, newsletters, collateral, microsites, web, social, video and interactive PDFs Cultivate a deep understanding of the firm’s business, culture, brand and visual identity to produce creative that is on-brand and aligned to the business and communications objectives of the firm Provide the highest levels of client service, working closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders Job Specifications: Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design 2 to 5 years of related work experience (inhouse B2B experience preferred) Web and social media-savvy with a solid understanding of digital platforms, including: Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, etc. Experience in both print and web production Photography and/or video production experience would be an asset Skills and Abilities: Strong Time-Management & Organization skills: able to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment Strong Communication Skills: able to effectively present creative ideas and provide clear, concise and relevant responses to a variety of client groups, including marketers, administrative personnel, and legal professionals Solution-Focused Team Player: easily able to define problems, listen and provide feedback and proactively managing client expectations, responding to issues effectively with a client-first mindset Detail-Oriented: able to proofread and pre-flight files to minimize errors and delays Highly Skilled MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite: advanced knowledge of formatting for Word and PowerPoint; expert InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; strong working-knowledge of HTML and CSS; experience with CMS would be considered an asset Physical Effort: Minimal physical effort required; majority of work is performed at a computer and desk. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The vision requirements include: ability to adjust focus and close vision.
