Responsibilities and Duties Roles & Responsibilities: Help Rusk Media grow audience by publishing videos with GEN Z outreach Producing inspiring, original Sports, Tech and Lifestyle video content Create a culture of cross-collaboration between departments, facilitating knowledge sharing and experimentation between teams Attract, develop, retain and inspire top creative talent Ensure output, performance and good morale is maintained across the team Create a process of transparency, collaboration and good communication in the growth of the content Overlook the workflow, editing process, and productivity levels to ensure proper quality checks and exceptional output Manage overall team performance and engagement through regular feedback, effective recognition and timely goal and expectation setting as well. Own all channel wise deliverables and lead communications with the core team on channel performance and targets Ensure there is continuous content development and execution in a timely & compliant manner Create work plans and manage content schedules for all digital content Develop content and properties in line with channel & organization ideology and targets, to enable viewership growth for the channel Build and execute the digital content strategy for channels across Youtube & Social Media Lead ideation of new concepts for properties Lead partnerships, tie ups for content on channel to bolster growth Enable and align the Social Media initiative for the channel to the content and audience Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Qualification: 5-7 years experience of branded and original content creation across video and posts. Management and leadership experience in digital creative content space. Must demonstrate versatility and adaptability in a fluid and constantly changing environment. Adept at prioritizing work and resources across engagements based on strategic evaluation of both short- and long-term needs. Expert knowledge of the social web, including experience producing work for a variety of platforms, apps and social network. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
