Requirements Qualified agronomist/horticulturalist assisting our National Managers for Macadamias, Livestock and Cropping to improve our monitoring and analysis and conduct on-farm trials. Assisting with operations at peak times and “learning the ropes” of our diverse business operations. Taking ownership of production record systems and communicating information within the business You will have a degree in agriculture, horticulture or similar, excellent technical and communication skills with a practical bent and an ability to travel and work remotely and unsupervised. Your skills in working and communicating with people both on farm and in city offices will be invaluable. This role would suit a new graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience. You must have a current Australian Drivers licence. Benefits This role comes with a competitive annual salary, commensurate with skills and experience and with opportunity for progression.
