Ruby Seven Studios is on a lookout for a dynamic Junior Systems Engineer Trainee to work with our System Administration team. You will be supporting our inspiring game development team which produces games for the most competitive and exciting genres of social games. Responsibilities: Auditing and management of IT Assets Accounts and workstation management Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure Troubleshooting issues and outages Upgrade systems with new releases and models Maintaining IT documentation Desired Profile: Auditing and management of IT Assets Should have a fundamental understanding of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting in a Windows, Linux, Mac desktop’s environment Strong in-depth knowledge of Windows Operating systems Basic knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, Group policy Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, email clients Basic knowledge of networking switches, routers and firewall Experience: 1 year Education Qualification: Diploma in relevant stream
