In your role as our Director of Front of House, you will be leading, motivating and engaging our Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations and Business Centre teams to be the best they can be whilst ensuring we consistently deliver an exceptional hospitality experience at every step and touch point of the guest journey. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, your relationships with peers such as the Director of Accommodation Services and Director of Sales and Marketing are key to success but it’s essential to be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business and be able to lead and provide strategic direction to your team and those around you. Attention to detail is also vital as you’ll be preparing annual budgets, developing and implementing learning initiatives as well as responding to guests and helping to create memories for them each and every time they visit.
