Job Summary Check and process all requests for export processing (sea and air) Ensures completeness and accuracy of export documents needed Coordinates with different parties re: status of the cargo such as factory, sales office, client, carrier, trucker, among others. Prepare billing invoices Qualifications College Graduate of logistics/any related course. Otherwise, with experience working in a logistics company processing export shipments is required. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Experience working with a foreign client is a plus factor. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications esp in Excel Experience in using SAP program will be an advantage but not required. Familiar with the different documents needed in export processing Fast Learner, detail oriented and highly adaptable Amenable to work in Parañaque City Weekends off but must be willing to work even during Phil. holidays Job Type: Full-time Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Export Logistics: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: Parañaque (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Tagalog (Preferred)
