Hotel-tech scale-up RoomRaccoon offers you a very varied function as a full-time Junior Account Manager. In your role, you'll be the first point of contact for all our hoteliers (clients), helping them to stay as satisfied as possible by answering questions and helping them to set up their RoomRaccoon account. You will also provide online and telephone product training for existing customers and proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of services. The position has a lot of variety, challenge and autonomy, moreover within the fast growing organization there is a lot of opportunity to distinguish yourself and to grow. RoomRaccoon is South Africa’s fastest growing SaaS scale up company in innovative cloud software for hotels, allowing the hotelier to run their accommodation with much more ease and less time. You have the opportunity to join a young international team, working mainly from our offices in Europe and Africa. Do you have the drive to realize with us the digital transformation of hoteliers? We find it important that you have hotel experience, dealing with guests, making bookings, process payments and work on the OTA's (booking.com, Expedia etc). Further we desire that you have excellent communication skills, that you are customer-oriented and like to solve problems for our customers. Experience or training in the hospitality industry (hotel school completed or hotel experience) is a big plus. A matric pass or equivalent is essential.
