Key Responsibilities: Drive Value Realization Proactively engage with customers to ensure they adopt full functionality to get maximum value from their SAP SuccessFactors Implementations. Consistently monitor account health, identify early warning signs for risk, and proactively address problems. Onboard New Customers with SuccessFactors. Enable them on SAP resources like Customer Community, Support Portal Learning Hub, Launch Pad etc. Understand customer needs, and how to address them. Engage with customers to identify areas of Upsell. Be a cloud mind set champion. Manage, track, and update account activities in terms of tickets, escalations, contract terms, and AMS renewals Build Account Relationships Develop trusting and deep relationship with multiple stake-holders. Understand various levels of customer organization (C‐Level, System Admin, HR, Finance, IT, etc.) Engage closely with customers and utilize proper escalation channels to help customers during times of need. Manage customer escalations Drive customer references and business transformational stories across accounts. Requirements: 1 - 5 years of experience working on delivery/support of HR Solutions Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, Talent Management or SAP solution will be an added advantage. Experience managing complex customer engagements A self‐starter, with energy, drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience acting as a trusted and strategic advisor to customers Strong knowledge of SaaS models and Cloud mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
