We are looking for a Recruitment & Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support the Director, HR and Recruitment. As a member of our HR team, you will support the Talent Acquisition program and provide ongoing administration of various HR initiatives. You will help us to refine our organizational culture where people have the competency, motivation and a keen interest in supporting our growing organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Consult with hiring managers to discover staff requirements and complete new hire request forms Write/post job opportunities via our website, LinkedIn, social media, career websites, universities boards, etc. Source candidates by using databases and social media Evaluate, screen resumes and cover letters and develop candidate pools for open positions Prepare job screening questions with the hiring manager Conduct phone or video-based screening of shortlisted candidates Schedule interviews and prep hiring managers: print resumes, share screening notes, book room for interviews Collect interview notes from hiring manager and add to the candidate file in Applicant Tracking System Create and administer testing and assignments to assess candidates’ skills Using social media and various networks, research and identify passive candidates for opportunities Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods Identify recruitment partnership opportunities with schools, job fairs and careers events Organize, compile, update confidential company personnel records and documentation Manage and update HR databases with new hires, terminations, leaves and time off requests Respond to employees’ queries and provide requested information QUALIFICATIONS: Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience Minimum 1 year of demonstrated Recruitment experience is preferred Solid understanding of job market, best practices and trends in Recruitment Familiarity with online job websites HRIS and/or applicant tracking system (ATS) experience is preferred Strong MS Office skills Target driven, confident individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent research skills Easily liaises and interacts with all types of personalities while maintaining professionalism Rodan offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefit package.
