Job Summary: Facilitates the implementation of category management strategies and tactics in the store. Handles supplier concerns and inquiries during store set-up. Analyzes and recommends optimum display facings for brands during store set-up. Assist in new store openings Recommends display adjustments according to the approved guidelines and direction of the company Can do macro and micro space plans (planograms and layouts) Monitors timeliness of execution of layout based on the approved and agreed timelines by the Operations team and Support teams. Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably a business-related course or its equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City (Head Office). Willing to go to stores to audit implementation compliance of space plans Willing to assist during store openings which can go as long as 2 weeks straight for provincial stores Background in retail services and category management is an advantage.
