About The Role -------------- We're looking for a qualified and experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing Accounting & Finance team. This is a broad new role encompassing monthly close, audit readiness, financial reporting and technical accounting, in addition to ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support current and future growth at Rippling. What You'll Do: --------------------- Lead monthly close activities including managing the close calendar, preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations Supervise external accounting and tax firms in the preparation of statutory reporting packages on a monthly basis for international subsidiaries in India and Canada Perform monthly flux analysis and present findings to the leadership team Liaise with external auditors and tax accountants to deliver PBC requests in a timely manner Support Rippling in new product initiatives by taking ownership of regulatory accounting and tax filings as required Assess accounting impact of complex transactions in areas such as Revenue Recognition, Intercompany Accounting and Consolidations Drive operational efficiencies in Accounting and Finance by spearheading system implementations and owning process improvements Qualifications: --------------- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, CA or US CPA required Deep understanding of statutory compliance and reporting requirements in India Minimum 8 years of accounting or auditing experience Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP SaaS industry experience in a high-growth technology company Flexibility work timings to collaborate with HQ team in San Francisco Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of financial activities, policies and processes, including consolidations, Sarbanes-Oxley, and US GAAP compliance Passion for fast-paced entrepreneurial work environments Benefits: --------------- Meeting-light culture Onsite meals Competitive compensation (salary, equity) Rippling is an equal opportunity employer.
