Serving Customers Bar work Taking food and drink orders Cash handling Glass / Meal Board collecting Working alongside the front of house and Kitchen team serving in our bar and restaurant and helping the kitchen team. Experience would be an advantage, but training would be offered to the right candidate. Key aspects of our offer will include;- Open all day, from 9am to 11.30pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner served 7 days a week. Comprehensive drink offer including a great selection of craft beers, wines & spirits. Comprehensive tapas and grill menu with the focus on small plates & sharing dishes to experience together. Fresh high quality food, sourced locally with seasonal ingredients and produce. All of our dishes will be prepared in house by our quality chefs with a high level of experience, flair and know how. The Package: Standard hourly rate paid monthly. An equal share of the tips. 28 days holiday (Pro rata). The hours of work (between 8.30am-1am) on a rota basis will involve weekends, evenings, days and late nights plus all standard UK holidays, hours are approx. 35 per week over 5 days full-time.
