We are looking for a customer service professional to join our after-sales National Contact Centre based in Braeside. The position will initially be offered as a full-time, fixed-term contract with the potential of becoming a permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday only, no weekend work is required and no late shift finishes. If successful, some of your key duties will include: Booking service jobs for our end consumers nationally Qualifying service details with customers and contractors to ensure accuracy Processing of service requests and email enquiries Escalating service queries to service coordinators Inputting service sales and consumer details into the company's job management system General data entry and administrative duties To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate the following: Significant contact centre experience Well developed interpersonal and communication skills Experience at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Detail orientated Exceptional problem-solving ability with customers The ability to take the lead within a team Applicants who are passionate about providing exceptional service and have been previously employed within a similar industry will be held in high regard as will those who have the drive and ambition to further develop their skills to the next level.
