If you are an AIN or Personal Care Worker in the Parkes area and have community/care experience then we are looking for you! Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. Our services include, aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care. We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service. The role may include: Assisting clients with housekeeping and other daily errands Providing companionship and support Observing and reporting on changes in the health and status of the client Preparing food Responding to emergency situations Medication reminders Transporting clients to appointments Providing support with academic, social or recreational activities A successful candidate should have the following: Good availability to assist our clients Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people Excellent written and verbal skills Able to work autonomously and as part of a team High level of time management and organisational ability Willingness to participate in further education opportunities Job Type: Casual Licence: First Aid (Required) Work Eligibility: The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Required)
