HEALTH AND HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE ASSESSOR/TUTOR APPLY HERE Location: Taunton, Somerset We are currently seeking an experienced Assessor / Tutor role to support employers and apprentices working towards apprenticeships in Health Care and Health & Social Care. Alternatively, we would consider two part time applications (one specific to Health Care and the other linked to the Health & Social Care Sector) that allow us to cover the needs of our apprentices and employer partners. It is essential that applicants have the relevant occupational experience required to support the development of their allocated apprentices within the work place and facilitate the development of essential Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours. As an experienced assessor / tutor in one or both of the sectors, we would expect the successful applicant to meet the following requirements. Health Care – The successful applicant candidate must hold a nursing or midwifery qualification (or equivalent) and a student mentorship or TAQA/A1. Health and Social Care – The successful candidate must hold a minimum of a level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent) and a TAQA/A1 qualification. We have a number of established partnerships in Somerset / the surrounding area and the role will involve supporting apprentices / employees employed in established local Care Providers and the NHS.
