Current Opportunities: Senior Estimator - Based in Broadmeadow - You will have experience successfully winning tenders up to the value of $100M in the built environment whilst managing a team of Estimators & cadets. General Foreman - Newcastle/Central Coast & Maitland projects - must be flexible. Site Manager - Newcastle/Central Coast & Maitland projects - must be flexible & able to demonstrate a genuine client first approach whilst showing a genuine interest in site, subcontractor & team safety! Project Manager - Are you a natural leader with a genuine interest in mentoring your team, looking after your clients & working towards a common goal with all parties? We would love to speak with you NB: Built environment project experience will only be considered. Site Engineer/Project Engineer - Site based opportunities across Newcastle, central coast & Maitland - Educational, institutional, health, commercial & residential projects are currently in high demand for the hunter & we would like suitably experienced built environment engineers to compliment our site teams. To be considered for our current opportunities you will require: Relevant building and tertiary qualifications Proven industry experience on complex commercial or residential projects $50M+ The ability to report accurately & directly to your manager on the operational and financial success of the projects Proven experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and/or contracts administration.
