Our brand is a fast-casual concept that combines the classic humble butcher shop and bistro style diner presenting ribs and burgers cooked over flame and served in generous portions. Due to continuous growth of our business, we are actively seeking Front Of House team members on part time basis to join our busiest restaurant based in WA. About the role: Reporting directly to the Master Butcher, the successful candidates must feel proud to be associated with our brand, have a vibrant personality with customer-centric approach and willingness to offer exceptional restaurant service. Your day to day tasks will entail (but not limited to) the following: Ensure completion of all food preparation, set up and pack down of the kitchen. Produce high quality product with exceptional presentation of all meals. Conduct kitchen quality control measures including stock management, daily checklists and cleaning rosters. Ensure company compliance of all OH&S/WH&S requirements including kitchen cleanliness and staff/customer safety. All About You: To be successful in this role, you must possess: A current RSA Certificate. Must be fluent in speaking English. Thrives under pressure whilst maintaining the highest level of service. Hands on experience in a similar role at a fast paced restaurant would be advantageous. Basic understanding of POS ordering systems and cash handling would be advantageous.
