Accounting Assistant– Peak Peak is one of the hottest restaurant openings of 2020. We are looking for an immediately available Accounting Assistant or Cash Office Associate to join our opening team! The Accounting Assistant or Cash Office Associate will be part of the Peak pre-opening team and be responsible for the following tasks Support cash office tasks across retail sites including preparing floats, counting cash and vouchers Reconciling takings sheets, reporting any issues to the US Accounts Assistant Supporting in the production of Daily Sales reports Updating daily comps report Processing payments for group bookings & buyouts Responding to chargebacks Support US Head of Finance in daily timecard amends collated by operational team Updating excel timecard file with data downloads Filing on NAV any PL invoices/SL copies of receipts and back up information for Audit purposes Supporting US Head of Finance and wider finance team (including UK) in ad hoc tasks requested Accounting Assistant / Cash Office Associate - Peak - Highly competitive salary and benefits
