BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE ABOUT REVEALING REALITY Revealing Reality is an entrepreneurial, multidisciplinary cutting-edge social research agency, inspired by helping drive positive social change. Based in a beautiful converted ballroom in Clapham Common, London, we are a growing team of researchers, film makers and creative designers in a business that’s innovating, challenging assumptions and taking a position at the front of research & consultancy for industry leaders (such as Google, BBC, UEFA, NHS, Foreign Commonwealth Office & Macmillan Cancer Support). We take on challenging work that requires investigative and strategic thinking to uncover truths and deliver change. Recent projects include work with the British Red Cross to uncover experiences of vulnerable people discharged from hospital to help the organisation drive policy change, multiple projects for the BBC to better understand their audience need and ongoing work with the GambleAware to drive operators to support responsible gambling behaviours. We are passionate about our work which is only possible because we have committed and open-minded employees who are willing to brave new territory and deliver above client expectations. We balance our commitment to work by looking after our people, offering perks including free daily breakfast, Friday night drinks, yoga, strength training, socials, film, photography, book clubs and summer-time barbeques in our sunny garden.
