As a result of continuing growth and upscaling ambitions during 2020, we’re seeking an outgoing and proactive Supervisor to support our operations in Leixlip, Ireland. This is a full-time permanent position, and you will report in to the Customer Site Manager. In this position you’ll nurture the business relationships of your customer accounts and ensure the delivery of commitments we have made to our clients. Driving the success for our labor supply and tool move business segments, you will play a crucial role in each stage of project development and execution. You’ll also: Work closely with the Site Manager to understand your customers to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables Track, analyse, and report on project performance KPIs including safety, quality, output, and personnel Drive meetings to communicate progress to key stakeholders Identify and rectify existing and potential issues to ensure successful delivery of contract commitments Collaborate with other business functions to implement continual process improvements Promote safety role modeling and ensure active participation in proactive safety and drive the quality of the Good Catch submissions Complete required After Action Reports for all safety and quality excursions within 4 hours Complete risk assessments for all new work areas Report on the KPI’s for the defined shift performance levels, identify performance trends and actions for issue resolution to include Error logs and shift competency to include safety, quality and output Feedback on activity and identify areas for continuous improvement input for the PGV program Interface with counterpart to ensure that best practices are standardized across all shifts and passdowns are fully effective Provide back-up for shift supervisor for all required production activities as required Coordinates area readiness and coordinate fab impacts with the RWW team Represent the shift at required taskforce / ops meetings Direct manager for assigned shift supervisors Candidate requirements: We’re eager to welcome a personable addition to the team to help us execute successful customer projects. You’ll be well-suited to this position if you have the following characteristics and experience: Proven experience in managing teams History of working in a labor supply/recruitment environment Process driven Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different business functions Semiconductor experience would be desirable but not essential Degree qualified The ideal candidate will have Operations Management experience in an Manufacturing environment.
