Major Duties Ensure manufacturing and related equipment operational and resolving failure of equipment and processes Investigation into root cause of failures and implement corrective and preventative measures To coordinate with external parties in regards to equipment services To collaborate cross functionality with other departments like Quality and Operations on process improvements projects Provide documentation and training for operational personnel regarding use of equipment Maintain validation, calibration and other quality management system documentation Plan and execute new equipment installation and testing/validation Require Competencies Engineering degree Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment Strong manufacturing equipment troubleshooting aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience being compliant under guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good laboratory Practices (GLP) and ISO13485 Excellent ability to use software for administrative tasks and ability to read and write software code/scripts (PLC and equipment automation) will be an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: manufacturing: 3 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
