We are: One of the world’s largest independent market research consultancies specializing in global healthcare. We would like you to join our office in San Francisco, which we opened almost 3 years ago as a result of continued expansion. We also have offices in Philadelphia, New York, Singapore, Lyon, France and with headquarters in London, UK. Your primary role: The graduate Research Analyst’s primary role is to support teams managing primary market research projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industry. In your first year your role will focus on project management and analysis; you will be working on multiple projects at a time. To ensure you receive a broad grounding in a range of market research techniques and methodologies, you will support teams on both quantitative and qualitative studies. Working across both research disciplines, you will find no two days are the same. Responsibilities will range from content analysis of qualitative interviews to the charting of quantitative data in PowerPoint, as well as day-to-day project management responsibilities on international research studies. You will also be responsible for liaising with our partner agencies to recruit respondents (e.g. doctors, nurses, patients) who agree to participate in our market research. As a graduate, you will participate in a comprehensive training and development program and have the support of a mentor who will help you develop your careers. As you progress further into your career with us, you will gain more responsibility for material design, report writing, presenting and overseeing an internal team. With the majority of our 250+ annual projects conducted in multiple countries you will get the chance to research markets across the globe and have the opportunity to travel. Core Responsibilities Work on multiple international projects simultaneously, effectively multitasking communication and deadlines internally and externally Manage study recruitment according to predefined screening criteria and quotas, reviewing prospective participants according to criteria needed Develop study materials including documents used for analysis, compliance, and reporting Source qualified freelancers through CRM system and draft commissioning letters to engage outside resources according to project specifications Internally report on progress of study recruitment and interviews conducted, flagging any concerns along the way Analyze qualitative interviews according to key areas of interest as reviewed internally Manage and QA large quantitative data sets to ensure data integrity and analyze key insights Assist in client-facing report production using analysis of qualitative and quantitative respondent data Maintain compliance documentation required for all market research studies according to the unique procedures of each client Skills Required Bachelor's degree and relevant interest in healthcare market research Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously Close attention to detail to coordinate international project logistics across time zones Ability to scout for key insights and main research objectives in unstructured data Professionalism suitable for client-facing communication across levels General awareness of healthcare and pharmaceutical topics relating to prescribers, patients, and payers Microsoft Office experience, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Confidence in negotiation and execution of contract terms with suppliers regarding sample recruitment Agile ability to adapt to various technology platforms and virtual communication tools used across projects Interested candidates should apply online at https://survey.euro.confirmit.com/wix/5/p1880467445.aspx.
