Requirements: Provides a full range of administrative duties for efficient administration and payment of supplier’s accounts. This will entail receiving invoices, resolving queries, completing the 3-way match and reconciling supplier accounts on a bi-monthly basis. Will work within strict guidelines and under supervision, with clearly defined autonomy and procedures in relation to simple tasks. The role will be vacant from the 16 March - 31 July 2020. To provide and ensure complete, timely and accurate processing of: All Supplier Invoices and Credit Notes All Creditors accounts are reconciled as per deadline for Payment as per agreed trading terms Accounts Payable Clerks reviews Invoice/Credit Notes to ensure: Legal entities are correct Registration number and vat number is correct for Suppliers To match all invoices against valid Purchase Orders & Purchase Receipts. Ensure outstanding invoices & credit notes are cleared with suppliers on a daily/weekly basis Follow up on Purchase order queries with respective suppliers. To liaise with the respective departments regarding supplier invoices and PO queries Completing daily schedule as per due date. Submission of Remittance advice to all suppliers Complete AP to GL Balancing as required Loading and maintaining new and existing vendor information. Behavioural Ability to under pressure and attention to detail Excellent communication and administration skills Must be very organized Must be able to work independently and be proactive Subscribe to company policy and be a team player Excellent communication skills (Verbal/Written) Good negotiator Skills Matric Certificate or Grade 12 Minimum of three years’ experience in an Accounts Payable (AP) environment Computer Literate, good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel/Word) Benefits: Are you interested?
