Job Summary Job Description: Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future. Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records. Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs. Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. Knowledge on Microsoft services: AD / DNS / DFS / GPO Basic knowledge on Networking Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹24,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month Experience: system administration: 2 years (Preferred) total work: 2 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Industry: IT Operations & Helpdesk
