As one of the world’s leading names in chain and transmission technologies, Renold are currently recruiting for two ambitious engineering graduates to join our Future Leaders graduate programme in either Rochdale or Cardiff. Within this varied role will you will be a key contact for one of our leading product range’s and will provide technical solutions to meet and exceed our customers’ requirements. This includes reviewing and prioritising incoming requests, providing professionally presented quotations whilst ensuring technical and commercial correctness and maximising margins at all times. As an organisation, we are currently going through rapid transformation and we are looking for our graduates to drive this change through projects that directly contribute to the objectives of the business. The Future Leaders Graduate programme starts with a comprehensive induction and will equip you with strong foundations to develop a successful career within a highly supportive environment. The structured two year training programme covers business, technical and people skills providing you with the knowledge and understanding you require to become a fundamental part of our team. You will undertake site visits across the globe and have opportunities to network with senior leaders in our organisation. We understand that talent comes in many forms so we are offering a variety of roles within our Future Leaders Programme, however the key requirements for these fantastic opportunities are: · Mechanical Engineering degree or similar at 2:2 or above · Excellent communication and organisational skills along with high attention to detail If you are a highly motivated, self-starter who is keen to learn and develop in an organisation that is driving change, we want to hear from you! Our recruitment process does includes online verbal and reasoning tests and if successful will be followed by a video and skype interview. Successful applicants will be invited to an assessment centre to be held on Thursday 16th April with a final interview taking place on Thursday 23rd April.
