Responsible for providing Food and beverage service to guests according to service procedures 1. To report for duty on time and in the manner specified, i.e. well groomed, clean uniform, nametags, and personal appearance etc. 2. Check your station at the beginning of every shift, for cleanliness of tables and chairs, proper set-up of salt and pepper, sugar, ashtrays, flowers, lamp, clean cutlery and glassware 3. Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible. 4. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. 5. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service. 6. Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language. 7. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. 8. To perform any duties as and when required by the Management. Job Type: Part-time Salary: RM6.00 to RM7.00 /hour Benefits: Meal allowance Near public transport
