We are looking for a V.I.E contract (1 year renewable), starting in april, to join our Progressive Hebridean Distillers team in Islay. Working as part of the IT department, you will help the team by being involved in key projects implementation and day-to-day IT support and activities. You main activities are: Local PMO for Remy Cointreau group projects implementation Working closely with the IS staff and business stakeholders for all projects related to manufacturing (from production to shipping) Providing comprehensive support (level 1) in the employees' daily tasks involving the use of business IT facilities and software, in collaboration with Remy Cointreau's helpdesk, following ITIL methodology Hardware asset management (inventory, maintenance and lifecycle) Participating in software local roll-outs and end user trainings Providing IT trainings to all staff and business software induction to new starters Monitoring of servers and network facilities Maintaining documentation of all topics related to the department Profil recherché Good organisational and interpersonal skills Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form trust relationships -Impact and Conviction - shared passion and philosophy Strong problem analysis skills You ideally have a 6-month to 1-year experience as part of an IT department Knowledge of a manufacturing environment; understanding of ITIL principles and concise and impactful reporting ability would be a plus
