We are currently recruiting for a Junior Accounts Assistant to report to our International Finance Manager and provide support to the Finance department, based in Beckton, London. The Role As our Junior Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for entering all primary forms of International source documentation, monitoring incoming International written communication as well as maintain and enhance all existing organisational systems within International; archiving; filing and query systems. Responsibilities of our Junior Accounts Assistant - International will include: Responsible for international Territories including: US, CA, AU, HK, DE, NL, ES, FR, RU, IE, CH Concession invoice coding and inputting Collation of all Reiss Limited distant selling data for the Reiss Limited EU Global Meridian Vat returns International Expenses and posting of Intercompany entries To assist at month end with journal inputting Maintenance, monitoring and administration of International Query System Filing and Archiving within International Translation (Using provided packages) Our Junior Accounts Assistant - International will have the following skills and experience: Excellent organisational skills Intermediate Excel/Outlook/Word experience Willingness to learn and continue to develop Strong communicator at all levels Able to work as part of a team and manage oneself Previous experience working in a finance department Possession of numerical skills Ability to adapt with business change and requirements If you think you have the skills and experience required to start your story as our Junior Accounts Assistant - International don't miss out - apply now! #IAMREISS
