Job in High-Profile Startup Online Customer Relationship Manager Location: Vienna We are the fastest growing marketplace for refurbished electronics in the German speaking region and are based in Vienna. On our marketplace we offer consumers completely renewed electronics like phones, laptops and tablets which are up to 40% cheaper and 100% sustainable. The company was founded in February 2017 and grew to more than 80 employees in only three years. We are highly active in the Austrian and German market and have already successfully expanded our business to Italy and Poland. Along the way we won several awards, completed two large funding rounds and have already sold tens of thousands of products, making us one of the fastest growing startups in Europe in 2020. We have a very strong marketing team with extensive international experience in the refurbishment industry, expertise in brand creation and marketplace scaling. Everything from content creation to channel optimisation is taken care of in-house. And we are now looking for a new full-time team member to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. Together with you we want to build the leading marketplace for refurbished electronics in Europe. YOUR ROLE YOUR PROFILE You manage the direct communication channels via multiple platforms and tools (i.e. onsite, email, messenger, etc.) You create fully connected & integrated communication funnels for leads and customers You analyse the performance of your channels, combine your findings with data from other sources and generate insights for the company You work with the whole marketing team on cross channel campaigns You work closely with the development team and the creative team to create exciting customer journeys & content You have fun while doing it You are a digital native with 5+ years of experience in marketing communication You have a holistic view on customer communication channels and thus can setup even complex communication funnels You have significant work experience with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Hotjar, Zapier, Unbounce,...
