We have the honor of supporting amazing companies including AkzoNobel, KNRB, Unilever, Aegon & Maersk. As a digital marketer, you are innovative, analytical and love to find opportunities for improving our clients' businesses. You work well in teams but also independently and love to show initiative. We take pride in recruiting multidisciplinary team players, and this position is a hybrid role combining digital marketing and media knowledge. You will be focused on supporting businesses in a transformational phase, and will accordingly play a vital role in our growth team. What will you be doing? Manage the day-to-day execution of growth experiments on our clients' social media channels and websites Managing large ad budgets for awesome clients while working in multidisciplinary teams to create digital experiences Analyze data with the growth hacker and implement an ROI-driven online strategy for our clients Conduct competitive reviews and analysis successful case studies to help come up with solutions to support low-hanging fruits in our clients' businesses Work together with the creative team to develop content that can be adapted to various target audiences Create marketing opportunities for lead generation and customer retention Manage regular email campaigns Develop regular marketing performance reports that will support the growth experiment loop Position Requirements: Data-driven and curious mindset and a clear understanding of business objectives and consumer behavior Ability to work under fast-paced conditions Experience with Google Analytics is mandatory Experience with Google Ads Social media Ad Manager knowledge Being performance and results-oriented Great communication skills (Dutch is not mandatory) Proven experience in the implementation of digital marketing strategies with tangible business results Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing Proficiency in Google Drive What can we offer you: Knowledge and training in Growth Hacking where you can improve your skill set A buzzing and fun working environment with young people A central office location in the heart of The Hague with walking distance to cafes and restaurants Office activities and drinks on Fridays A yearly trip with the team And of course, all the coffee and tea! we prefer applicants who are living in The Netherlands.
