About the internship/job: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conducting sales activities of new residential/commercial projects based on customers' requirements 2. Attending various site offices based on company's assignments 3. Contacting potential customers to promote the project 4. Performing smart telecalling & generating real estate leads & info - online & offline 5. Ensuring prompt responsiveness on sales inquiries to maximize sales conversions 6. Contributing and participating in the formulation and implementation of the marketing & sales strategy for the project 7. Evaluating market trends and competitors moving to protect existing sales and maximizing future sales opportunities 8. Identifying and developing relations with existing & new key customers (e.g. corporates, HNI clients) 9.
