Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities (50% sales support/50% marketing): Provide input and execution of the marketing strategy Develop media relations, generate press releases and participating in relevant speaking opportunities to grow the brand positioning of the company Find new, innovative ways to get our story heard & read by our target audience Design and creation of social media and web content (PR, events, social media, website, etc) Handling of e-Commerce channels and revamping company website Conduct competitive market research Create and manage lead generations activities, working closely with Sales Optimise website search engine and monitoring of website statistics Create, design and manage marketing collaterals for sales Develop demo video, photo and video editing Requirements: Minimum degree in Business, Marketing or any related field At least 2 years communication, digital sales / marketing experience in a B2B industry (preferably in Fintech or Financial Institution) Fresh graduates with the right attitude and skills are welcome A self-starter, a fast learner and a proactive team player. Ability to prioritise, multi-task and detail oriented Experience in EDM designing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media and digital advertising Technology Savvy Basic skills in UI/UX and graphic creation and design such as Adobe software Strong communication skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language will be a must Independent, creative, energetic and confident personality Strong integrity, accountability and goal focus Able to multitask and work in a dynamic and evolving environment Willing to travel when required
