Red D are currently recruiting a Senior Duty Manager for a busy 4* North Dublin hotel. As Senior Duty Manager, the successful applicant will assist in day to day running of the establishment, engage with guests, liaise with other members of the management team and engage with staff in driving the standards the hotel prides itself on. This role will have a significant focus on C&B and private dining, experience in these departments is highly desired. Due to the senior nature of the role, candidates without previous hospitality management experience cannot be considered at this time.
